Foley Catheters flexible tube made of latex, sillicone coated latex, and 100% sillicone. Some patients can not urinate freely at which a doctor or nurse will insert a catheter past the urethra and into the bladder to drain the urine. Sometimes a catheter is left in place called an indwelling cathetier.
