MJM will no longer accept returns on any products based on the following reasons.

• Customer order error / no longer needed
• Product too small or too big
• Product not as expected
• Wrong color and/or material
• Wrong item ordered

Please inspect merchandise immediately before signing for your delivery.

For visible damage upon receipt of order, please take note of any damage and document damage details on all copies of the freight bill. All copies of the freight bill must be signed by the driver and consignee. 

Immediately contact us of any discrepancies within 24 hours.  Failure to follow these steps relieves the shipper and carrier of any responsibility and will result in denial of any freight claims.

If your order has been delivered by a 3rd party carrier, such as Fedex or UPS:

For concealed damage please adhere to the following protocol.

1. Keep carton and all packing materials.
2. Call carrier within 3 days of delivery and request an inspection.
3. DO NOT remove shipment from the premises before inspection has been conducted.
4. Retain a copy of the inspection report
