Additional nutrients can be beneficial to infants and toddlers when their diets may not be giving them everything they need. Enfamil Poly-Vi-Sol with Iron is the ideal multivitamin supplement:

• Specifically designed to provide additional nutrients during growth spurts, the transition to solid foods and for picky eaters

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends 400 IU of supplemental vitamin D supplement per day for all breastfed and partially breastfed infants who do not receive at least 1 L of infant formula per day.

While taking liquid multivitain supplements with iron, a slight darkening of the teeth may occur.  Brushing will minimize this temporary condition.
