A complete nutrition formula for kids ages 1 to 13 years with a range of medical and dietary needs, Kate Farms Pediatric Standard 1.2 nutritional formula can be used for drinking or tube feeding use.

Each 250 mL carton provides 300 calories, 12 grams of muscle-building plant-based protein, and essential vitamins and minerals. This plant-based formula is made with organic ingredients and does not contain dairy, soy, corn, gluten, or nuts. Featuring organic pea protein, functional fats, corn-free carbohydrates, and a phytonutrient blend with antioxidant properties.

Suitable for short or long-term tube feeding. Can also be enjoyed as a nutritional supplement and when transitioning on or off a tube.
