Merit Multi-Cut Utility Scissors
Used for cutting non-sterile materials such as dressings, casts, and surgical drapes, our stainless steel Merit Utility Scissors by Sklar are a multipurpose instrument.
The flattened, wide, blunt tip on the serrated blade greatly reduces the likelihood of skin being nicked if the scissors are used for cutting material that is on the patient, such as clothing or bandages. These scissors feature plastic finger ring handles with one ring that is larger than the other. Merit™ instruments are Sklar’s office-grade line of products and most commonly utilized for routine and in-office minor procedures.
They should never be used to cut tissue or sutures.
