What does the 5.0 error ( e5.0 ) mean on my SureTemp Plus 690 or SureTemp Plus 692 thermometer?
A 5.0 error on your SureTemp Plus 690 or SureTemp Plus 692 thermometer means the heater is not working properly.
Try a new temperature probe, and if the error clears, you may continue to use your unit. If the error does not clear, please contact Customer Support and we will be happy to assist you.
