Thick & Easy® thickened coffee powders are delicious without any enhancements. But they can also be customized. Try these add-ins while maintaining IDDSI Level 2 or 3.
DIRECTIONS: Place 6 fl. oz. of hot or cold water in a cup. Slowly add contents of packet to cup, whisking with fork or stirring until completely dissolved. Let stand for 5-10 minutes to reach desired consistency. * Minimum honey consistency at 150°F. Product will be thicker at cooler temperatures. Sugar or artificial sweetener may be added. NOTE: Results may vary depending on source and temperature of water.
Bulk Prep Instructions: Add 8 sticks to 48 oz of hot water. Prepare in pitcher that allows for mixing.
Serve in 6 oz cup.
